Lots of waiting while checking in only to get the same offer as last stay: upgrade to Twin Exec or pay to upgrade to a Jr Exec Suite (@7000JPY per night I think he said, regular 19,000JPY upgrade rate, as a Gold discount). Nah, I'll skip the upgrade. 'But you won't have executive lounge access!'

This hotel really needs to have better CRM for their front desk clerks. This isn't my first stay at this property. I know what's in the exec lounge.
