From the Google maps satellite view it looks like the Q10 actually stops between T5 and T7 (in front of where the old T6 used to be), and I see a crosswalk and it looks like what are sidewalks to both terminals. So unless there's some major construction that began more recently (e.g., as is the case at LGA), I would say that you can totally walk.
