Love the IC Sandton. My favourite hotel in Africa. The lounge is small but the staff are great. I've never had a problem having a few beers throughout the day, outside happy hour - a small tip goes a long way. Aside from the small buffet, breakfast orders are a la carte. Nothing is a bother for the staff.

Yes, I think it will be due for an u/grade in the coming years but I find it a far better hotel and value than the airport.
Only minor downside is that the general manager moved on a short time ago. He was outstanding. Always seemed to be visible. Set a great example to his team.
