Choices were described simply as "chicken or salmon". The chicken turned up looking extremely dry and overcooked. It was



A few cuts in, it became apparent this was some sort of stuffed chicken.



Sadly the stuffing was fairly bland (I would be hard pressed to identify any of its constituents) and only marginally improved the dish.

However it was edible and did not make me ill. I rated it accordingly in the post-flight survey I received

I know we recently discussed the polarizing nature of Cherry Garcia upthread but I enjoyed it.
