My family has had a few trips lately with Etihad and Air Serbia and they all pool their miles to my account (half of it has not yet been pooled). I don't find the new site very clear about the pooling miles as they do not show on my current miles balance (which seems to include only the miles accrued by me). The only way I can see that there are some miles pooled by my family is in the Family pooling section, but knowing Etihad, I do wonder whether I would be able to use those miles too as they don't show in my account summary/activities.

Do you have the same issue?
