I have been trying to book with award miles a RT from SJO to LIR on Avianca's local partner in Costa Rica, Sansa; which also share codes domestic flights for Lacsa (LR), but it doesn't show as a LM partner. I called to AV call center and they don't even know that Sansa exists, they said only *A airlines, and others carriers like Iberia are part of the program, so it wasn't possible over the phone, and the website is worst than it used to be.
Is it possible to redeem (or earn) LM with Sansa?
