So here at AUH and not a clue at Business/First check in about 50% discount. Also quoted me a much higher miles amount 85000+ to UG from U to J AUH-LHR. Site showed 52414....! Ladies in 1st lounge were helpful and understanding but still unable to process
Despite showing them the website and a number of calls to ticketing wouldn’t budge. They have to go off their IT system not the advertised value on their public website.
