Not sure if changing address online gets the permanent address updated. The new ttp website only has change of mailing address and for changing permanent address one needs to visit enrollment center.

OP - You might want to login to ttp and validate if both your mailing and permanent address are same (the site provides all the information on which addresses were submitted during application and current and mailing address).
