Also, I find the earning table quite understandable these days. That goes for the Danish version, which should be readable for non-Scandinavian speakers.

I think the 45K applies anywhere in the world now. It is also what we have here in Japan.
I do find the chart reasonable to work with. For SK flights it is spelled out for non European flights I use gcmap.com to get the distance, of the flight. Admittedly, a calculator is easier, but it works as it is IMHO.
