Did a BRG today and the response was a joke in my opinion. Competing site offered a lower rate with the same cancellation policy as the website. However (without me even knowing but pointed out by the agent) the competing rate had additional 30% off spa and complimentary parking and the rate on the official site did not have these additional items, because of this, my claim was denied....

These days I find a lot of the BRG's are just for the show...how is it possible that a 3rd party site can offer better condition that the official site and yet it gets denied because it does not follow the T&C's of the BRG....

Unbelievable...
