Yeah, that's what I'm expecting, too, but I don't know. I'm sure it's going to please all the foreigners, who will be aghast at an 18% mandatory tip. It does make America seem a bit ridiculous. I know servers LIKE to receive 18%, but that's not the average tip in America. That should never been the mandatory tip; you should at least have to try to get that level of generosity from your patrons.
I had heard that the service/tipping cost is built into what the restaurants charge Priority Pass and what the restaurants provide staff at some PP restaurants.
