Hi all, we will flying from Vancouver to Taipei next week. We will be travelling with a 1 month old infant and got waitlisted for a bassinet, what is the best way to obtain a bassinet? I called EVA customer service and was informed to speak to Eva agent at the gate? By the way, we booked in the economy class, please provide some tips if you have some. many thanks!!
