Exactly the same experience. While checking my passport yesterday to see how Turkish visa had cancelled an exit stamp (visible on right of shot) I noticed that I had been stamped out on 23-Nov-2018 on my
*G requalification extravaganza last year.
I can't be bothered to count, but I reckon I have been in and out of RSA about 6 times on that passport since, so I don't think that you have anything to worry about.
PS ... have IB done to Flyertalk???
