I get the Swedish / British options but those cards are not denominated in Euros so the €48 annual fee might be more than what you'd consider a good deal but there is no other deal in Euros! I'll give them a call later. Amex IEC seems to be good but the rewards rate is pretty bad. 4 Amex points = 5 Hilton points. The 1 Euro = 2 Hilton points is much better with DKB but Amex's offer is a nice backup especially because I can transfer point to multiple programs.
