How do I contact a supervisor to praise a phone agent?
I called the US Executive Club Blue Line to make a change in our Avios booking for a flight next July. The original was SEA—LHR—ZRH and we wanted to fly to AMS instead. The LHR to ZRH segment had not been ticketed yet although I made the booking in August. I Inquired about it several,times and each time was told it was “ in the queue”. One time I was advised there was a problem with my BA credit card ( odd since I use it all the time) so I added an AmEx card as a backup on the websit’s.
This agent, Andrew, noticed the payment for the Zurich leg was missing and read through all the notes in my file—-something to do with the CVV “dropping off”. So after changing the flight booking to AMS, he stuck with it and made sure that the payment was taken and the new booking was ticketed right away—he noted I had already waited three months and “that wasn’t right.” Then he sent a confirmation email and stayed on the phone until I received it, opened it, and confirmed the details. It took over an hour with much time on hold for me, while he contacted Revenue or whoever is in charge of putting payments through.
i really appreciate his persistence and attention to detail, and would like to send a note to his supervisor praising him. Anyone know what email I would use?
