Somewhat related - I learned during a recent RC visit there is an internal system called Mystique. It seems obvious that this was in place, but never heard it specifically referenced. Apparently, it tracks not on individual preferences but can pull up all of your recent RC visits including specific notes of previous bad experiences at other hotels.
