AA: LGA-ORD-OGG and back is the way to go. LGA-ORD won't be all that special, just domestic F but likely there will be a decent hot breakfast. ORD-OGG will be in a plane equipped with the equivalent of international business seats instead of crappy domestic F seats. The service will be good, though not quite the same level as international C.
