Hi. As a OWS you would be allowed to use fast track when you get to T5. As you are arriving from DUB and connecting on you can either go landside (there is no passport control arriving from DUB) and then back in via north or south fast track security, or instead follow the signs for connections and use the fast track lane for international connections at the far end of the connections center - once past the bp check go up the escalators marked for fast track.
