No kidding. On a recent Alaska Airlines Mexico City - San Franciso flight, I had a woman with 5 bag carryons in front of me. They were soft bags but large!! I would have imagined the SQ to be a bit more sympathetic as the revenue yield from First versus an economy ticket here (and on many other flights) is likely a lot smaller. They may have been able to put in another suite for example if it was indeed vacant. I just think the comparison is funny.
