I was very happy with CA: fully flat seats - the same as on pmCO, LH (Boeing fleet) or TK, LO (Airbus fleet) - good food, complimentary hotel for overnight connection. But the biggest surprise was the soft product - the F/A's were amazingly nice. Lounges are average, but still better than UA Clubs. Smoking in the cockpit? Never happened on my flights.
