I've done some researches on flying into NYC before, and from what I gathered Hainan and Xiamen airlines offer the best products both in hard and soft. China Southern comes next and then Air China/China Eastern. However I haven't yet flied them and will get back after my first long-haul business with Hainan in Dec.
