I'm finding this is the case with older cards! My husband and I are 3 for 3 having no offers on older cards up to this point for the year. However, we had no problem this year getting retention offers on all our cards that are 2-3 years old (last year some of those cards were very difficult to get bonuses for....eventually they all did, but some took multiple calls). This year is a different story.
