The possibility to rebook free of charge on the same day is only possible via the online Check-in process. If it doesn't work, unfortunately, our agents at the Service Centers are unable to assist.
The regulation also doesn't apply to all booking classes yet, however, the button for the free rebooking on the same day option is available to those that can't be rebooked, too (P is one of those).
Our IT is working on this, we're hoping that it will be fixed soon.
