On good side side I spoke w hotel today and they said they are planning a big renovation. I am not sure exactly what it entails. They will be moving lounge down to I think the 5tj floor (losing the views I guess) but it will be more spacious which is nice. And they said they might have a section where kids can go since it will be so big and won’t bother the adult only crowd.

I am not sure what is planned for renovations via rooms. But if they do a good job then this will be the Marriott/ Starwood place to stay. Ritz is beautiful but I’m not fond of location... same w coming St. Regis
