Could be user error, but when I try to book using the promo code it just reverts to the regular booking page and I have to re-enter the search and it just returns normal fares. Disappoiting.
You must select flights in order for discount to appear. Once selected you will see the discount amount displayed in the itinerary subtotal on the bottom right side of the flights page.
Did you go through the checkout process until this point?
