It does seem to have gone downhill - some of it really does depend on who your RM is (especially for tickets). I've had my one in the UK for a decade now and he is good, and knows my preferences. Don't use him much now as I'm based in the US.

Now comparing US Centurion to UK Centurion is a different story, UK Centurion is still much better than US, even with the drop in service. US Centurion doesn't even come with any supplementary cards! The travel insurance benefit for my extended family that are on my account is useful for sure, along with some of the hotel status for them.
