Sorry to hear about the cold.

If the kit includes a lithium based battery (they were NiCad in my day) I'd recommend having a look at the airline rules about carrying them. From memory spare batteries (not in a device) have slightly different rules for them and there's variation between hold and cabin baggage.

That said with the prevalence of drones and people travelling with them regularly I would imagine you'll be fine.
