I have a travel companion - who is not vegetarian or vegan per se - but is allergic to dairy, soya and egg. (Meat is OK though!) We have a 2pm flight so we'd be looking to have lunch there.
Answering my own question so hopefully helpful for other readers who've been looking for the relevant info in vain:
Yesterday we were pleasantly surprised to find that all of the dishes in T5 Galleries South lounge had allergens clearly labelled. My travel companion was able to gorge on the vegetable soup, two curry options (butternut squash, and beef) and they tasted surprisingly decent too.
