Arrival Plus - Called 11/13/2017 - Transferred to retentions. Was told I could be downgraded without hard pull to either Rewards or no AF Arrival but no way to have AF waived. Accepted downgrade to the basic Arrival. Remaining points carried over. Was offered $50 statement credit if I spend at least $1k per month for the next three months.

This would be the start of year three having the card. Year One: $36k spend (uncertain) Year Two: Very very little. Two other cards with Barclaycard. Customer for 3-4 years.
