Hi, I will be flying via Qatar Airways to MAD, arrival at T4s is at 7:55am. I will be taking another flight on Iberia Express to SVQ via T4 which departs at 11:25am. I also carry a non-EU passport so that means I will need to clear immigration at T4s, if I am not mistaken.

As Qatar Airways and Iberia are partner airlines, I am wondering if QR can issue the boarding pass for my Iberia Express flight and allow me to through check my luggage to SVQ even if my QR and I2 tickets were booked separately. Has anyone done this in the past?

If QR allows me to through check my luggage then the 3.5 hours between flights, barring any delays may be more than enough. What if they won't and I will need to collect my luggage then check in again for my I2 flight at T4, will I have enough time?
