If you want to minimize time in traffic, the Summit Windmill Park (adjacent to the Le Meridien mentioned above) is close by and rather nice to spend time. Maybe not luxury but...

3 restaurants (1 (or more) in the hotel, 1 in the gold course and 1 at the residence hotel.) Nice greenery views on lower floors, (distant) city views on higher floors, and you can always keep an eye out for the resident water monitors (saw one that was well over 2m).
