Am I missing something, or does Chase not display the actual ticket number anywhere either on their website or in their confirmation email? Bought a CX ticket via the Chase UR portal a few days ago, have the record locator which works on CX's website, however I can't find the ticket number anywhere. CX's website requires it to update your contact info, provide emergency contact info, etc. I messaged Chase asking them about it and they said I have to call to obtain it. I find this so obnoxiously annoying. Why wouldn't Chase be more transparent and display the actual ticket number anywhere in the reservation? So stupid.
