If it is really "full size" it will not fit. The bins on the 2-seat side are longer but not taller. Your bag would need to be "skinny" to fit in the overhead bin.

This is a contrast to the E170 series, where normal size bags do fit (wheels first in First and sideways in coach). It's the height of the bin that is different.
