The W Foshay Minneapolis. I love the use of a historic building (it even has a museum to its history) and the way they've adapted it to make it a luxury hotel is incredible. Plus there's a solid bar at the top of the hotel with great views. And it's a good base of operations for touring the city which I always appreciate.
