I applied for the card on Thursday, and got the "under review" message. I've had Barclay cards in the past, but don't currently have one. I applied on the same computer my spouse used earlier in the day, and he got instant approval. He does have another card from Barclay.

I was approved for a Sapphire card on the same day, but I don't see how that could have affected anything.

Am I right in assuming that this card arrives via US mail unless you pay the expedited fee?
