When I logged out and went through the "View Reservations" process I put in my last name and confirmation # and it found it just fine. I did this whole thing a couple of times and there were no typos.

Seems strange that it can't locate a confirmation # when I'm logged in but can when I'm not.

We know for a fact that Hertz Gold member numbers apply successfully via Priceline, so if your member number did not apply, there may have been some issue (typo in the number, expired credit card, expired driver's license, glitch, etc.).
