Hertz Gold Confirmation Hiccup

I am a Hertz Gold Rewards member. I made a reservation with Hertz using PriceLine as this is the new method when using AutoSlash. Later when I logged in to my Hertz Gold account it said something like "no reservations found." I understand that as I didn't go directly through Hertz to make the reservation. But then it asked me to enter the confirmation # and it still didn't find it. When I logged out and went through the "View Reservations" process I put in my last name and confirmation # and it found it just fine. I did this whole thing a couple of times and there were no typos.

Seems strange that it can't locate a confirmation # when I'm logged in but can when I'm not.
