I can't very much help with the question as posed, however I can point out that fish pie is the current Rotation A Inbound meal for Club Europe Long flights. And as it happens that pie is made with salmon and smoked haddock, and personally I found it to be very tasty. Now I'm assuming this dish is for the LHR-BOM sector, and therefore would come from the same kitchen as Club Europe.

Personally I'd quite like this menu, Malai Kofta being a fairly mild vegetarian curry with the kofta (dumpling) made mainly from potato and nuts fried in butterfat, in a tomato and onion sauce (or rather gravy).
