Walmart debited Card #2 , and did not pay your bill, correct? Therefore, Walmart has your money in their account right now, and needs to return it to you. This can only be worked out between you and Walmart.
Contact a Money Center manager a.s.a.p, and bring the transaction record for Card #2 as proof of what Walmart owes you as this point.
