I have on more than one occasion got a transit visa on arrival at ACC, with an onward confirmed flight ticket and a stay of <48hrs, without problem.
Checking timatic now, I see no mention of this being available -
when it certainly used to be listed expicitly.
I last did this in May this year - has anything changed since then, or is this just a timatic update?
