My annual fee statement was on Oct 5 and the next statement was on Nov 6. My free night certificate still hasn't arrived. It is making it difficult for me to close the card and get $95 back
You will probably get $79.16 (10 months of prorated refund) back like I did. My fee was posted on 9/22. I got my cert end of Oct (around 30th). Cancelled the card on Nov 3rd. I thought I would get $87.08 back as I cancelled in under 60 days, but I guess they counted it as 2 months.
