I live in the US, but like 85% of my travel is to Europe, so I don't get to visit any centurion lounge other than the one in Seattle, which is so small and crowded.
AMS would be nice. I fly through there far more than I'd like. While it's a relatively easy airport, the KLM lounges are awful and their ground staff are vituperative.
