They quoted me an infant ticket without me purchasing a fare yet. Whether that price is right (or can be brought down) is a different matter.

ex-HKG seems to be 10% of J. Not 25% (unless you think HK$10k is 25% of HKG-Europe Class J, which is too low? Alternatively, HK$10k being 25% of I seems about right)

ex-TPE, as i have previously alluded to, is 10% of Class I, and you can book online.

I am not sure where people get 25% of full fare from?

even ex-JFK - pricing JFK-HKG return in I, on the CX website for some random dates next year - still gives infant at 10% of the I fare (cf: EF published fares)
