but without seeing the published I fare, there is no way to know (or to instruct a TA to book it for you).
You need to first book an adult fare before they can quote you an infant fare. Seems to be another universal change (and yes it's frustrating) across the board for airlines. At least for Chinese ones. I can't book any infant fares without first booking an adult fare separately.
