dont you just consider to buy a cheap MCT DXB ticket and be done?
The only reroute is either via BEY, KWI or MCT. (i believe QR serves an airport in Oman near UAE border).
They do have booking class restriction depending on airline. If your date is not flexible, maybe that is why none of these options work.

there is no booking class restriction on QR metal (J class is okay). so. you can fly to anywhere in middle east and buy a ticket to DXB.
if you insist on DXB as final destination, and you will have to fly one of the partners - subject to booking class on the respective partners.
i dont have access to that document, so I wont know for sure. Given that Lebanon is now in tense situation with Saudi Arabia. and countries
are asking their citizens to leave Lebanon now, I would just guess that spaces are a lot harder on ME (I thought ME J class was okay but dont remember the details).
