Hello all, here is the story. I did the usual Walmart BP, 1st and 2nd transactions
using MC were success but my 3rd card was having an issue since I didn't have the correct pins.

After failing to enter the correct pins 3 times, the cashier had to void the entire transaction. I found that the balance was refunded on my 1st MC card but not the 2nd.

At this point, should I contact the MC (gift card provider) or Walmart? The last time I was on contact with MC, they can't help due to the balance was 0. I was like ....?
