Are carry-on liquids restricted to 100 ml liquids baggies like the US (3-1-1)?

Are there any restrictions on liquids in checked bags? By "any", I don't mean of course you can't pack e.g. gasoline, but is there a size restriction to for example pack shampoo bottle or a couple of cans of diet coke?

If you don't know for Juneyao, what are the general experiences for in-country travel in this regard?
