Weird. I never encountered any with a 500k limit. Usually, it was 2-3M, and I was occasionally able to find 5-7M limits. Fees ranged from 0-50K, mostly 30k. I cancelled any transactions where they quoted 50K, or merely said there would be a fee without specifying how much.
Vietbank at The Sheraton Hotel, tried 3M then 2M and a guy that was waiting said he played roulette with it the day before and the max was 500k. Many Agribanks atms simply declined before I even clicked how much I wanted
Only saw it last night, theres a Citi by The Metropole Hotel facing towards the Park direction and if facing the hotel all the way on the right side. But HSBC works as long as Im refunded all fees
