You don't need to include any personal or card info when you email since your email is in their system. If they need to buy something or give out your card info for a reservation just include "you have my permission to use/release my information" in the email otherwise they'll email back asking permission.

The text thing was (is?) a pilot that never had open enrollment.
I just sent them an email to ask for travel guides. I got a response about 2 hours later with the guides. They are similar to abridged versions of traditional guide books, like Frommer's, but the restaurants tend to be more upscale and with Michelin stars.

Thanks for the great suggestions. At least I found one good use of the concierges.
