There was actually a supervisor directing premium passengers to the check-in agents. The person ahead of me tried to go to the nearest C class check in desk, but the supervisor "politely" refused, asking him to wait in line for the F class agent. Don't know why they would do this, especially since the C class agents were sitting around swatting flies.
